1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you accept these Terms for that business.

2. The Service

The Service provides indicative live gold, silver and currency rates, charts, calculators, price alerts, guides and related content, free of charge. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time without liability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service, and at least 18 to create an account or enter into a business relationship with us.

4. User accounts

When accounts become available: you must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose, including presenting our indicative rates as official quotes;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically download data, or resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our rates or content, except through our official widget;
• interfere with or overload the Service, probe its security, or bypass rate limits;
• upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access to any system or account;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

6. Free widget licence

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, revocable licence to embed our official rate widget on your website, provided the widget is not modified and its link to the Site remains visible. We may change or withdraw the widget at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos (including the Bringoo Tech logo), software and compilation of data are owned by or licensed to New BringooTech and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks and news headlines belong to their respective owners.

8. Rates and information

All rates are indicative and provided “as is” for information only, as described in our Disclaimer. You are solely responsible for verifying prices before relying on them.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New BringooTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to PKR 10,000 or, if greater, the amount you paid us for the Service in the previous 12 months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New BringooTech and its staff from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
